Match Point Tennis Club (MPTC)
We have been in operation since 1966. We are a non-profit volunteer organization that provides monthly tennis tournaments for all levels of players. The tournaments are held at the Phoenix Tennis Center located at 21st Avenue and Citrus Way, just north of Bethany Home Road.

The August 2008 LOD Mixed Doubles Tournament
When: August 22-23-24, 2008 (night matches) Where: Phoenix Tennis Center
Deadline: August 16, 2008 Entry Fee: $15 per person in advance or $18 at the desk
To Enter: E-mail Gale Kristof or 602.973.1135 (also call Gale with any questions)

Please include any scheduling conflicts, although there is no guarantee they will be met (so be ready to play at the standard times), but we will try.

Many of our Matchpoint members have either experienced or had family members experience cancer. AW, April Yarmus is fighting the disease by doing the upcoming 3 day walk in Seattle. Please consider a donation for April. Below is the email April sent last week.Hello friends!!!!!
I hope everyone is doing well… I have 6 weeks left before I leave for “CANCER 3 DAY – SEATTLE.” I am getting so very excited… I am trying to stay focused by putting in my miles on the weekends.. I have struggled a bit trying to find hills around here.. But I came up with the best idea… Since most of you know how horrible my golf game is, I have started to walk the course and believe me when I say I am walking about 10 miles for 18 holes… Some of you have offered to walk with me and I am going to be blowing up your phone very soon… I thank all of you for your support it really means a lot to me…
I am almost there in raising my money… I am more then half way there.. I am working on getting closer to my $2,200.00 goal… Many of you had asked me to send out a reminder when it gets closer so per your request this is it…. Thanks again and please read below in how to donate.. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact me.
